My parcel was not delivered and still trying to contact customer care but unable to reach them. The delivery agent called on 3rd sep & asked to collect the parcel from their destination or they will delivered on next day but next day they contacted on 8:30PM before attending the call end when called back I was unable to reach them on 4th sep. when called on customer care its showing delivered.

The courier person did not deliver my parcel without taking my permission or confirmation. However, the delivery status has been updated as “Customer wants future delivery.” I would like to clarify that I have never requested or communicated that I wanted the delivery to be postponed. Therefore, this status update is incorrect and does not reflect my actual request. Kindly check this matter with the courier person and arrange the delivery of my parcel at the earliest. Please also ensure that such incorrect remarks are not updated without confirmation from the customer.
