The product is missing from the parcel. It is clearly visible that the parcel has been opened, the item was removed, and then it was repacked. This is extremely poor service. Also, the parcel was kept at the office for 5 days before delivery was made. I have never experienced such an issue with any other courier service till date. Kindly investigate this matter and arrange for the return/refund of the missing product.
