On behalf of our company, we sent a parcel to one of our customers in Khamgaon, Maharashtra (AWB / Tracking No. 31293316720582). Firstly, your service is extremely slow. Secondly, since yesterday, the client has been repeatedly receiving messages stating that no one was available to receive the package and therefore the delivery is being cancelled. The reality, however, is that your delivery boy is not even visiting the client, nor is your company providing the delivery boy's contact number. Please work on improving your service quality and refrain from cheating customers.

Since 3 days it's showing on the app that the parcel will be delivered today but then after some hours it shows delivery delayed due to my unavailability.... But I was available since 3 days.... There was no call to me but they showed that I was unavailable... Similarly today I was available but it didn't come.... When I called the delivery guy he said it's not possible to deliver today.... I'll deliver it tomorrow... And now it's showing that delivery was attempted and I wasn't available.... Which is a lie.... I'm clearly frustrated....
