The courier person did not deliver my parcel without taking my permission or confirmation. However, the delivery status has been updated as “Customer wants future delivery.” I would like to clarify that I have never requested or communicated that I wanted the delivery to be postponed. Therefore, this status update is incorrect and does not reflect my actual request. Kindly check this matter with the courier person and arrange the delivery of my parcel at the earliest. Please also ensure that such incorrect remarks are not updated without confirmation from the customer.

Yesterday, you just marked my order as “out for delivery” and kept me waiting the whole day, even though it wasn’t actually delivered. This is extremely frustrating. How long do you expect me to keep waiting? Either deliver my order on time or give me a proper explanation for the delay.
