Complaint against Delivery boy Your courier delivery boys do not always deliver to the address.The way of speaking to women is not right. We always face this issue with your courier service; deliveries are never made to the actual location or address. We provide emergency services, and it is impossible for us to leave a patient and go out onto the street to collect a parcel. I am extremely disappointed with the service regarding my order. I was informed that my order would be delivered on 10 June; however, as of 13 June, I have still not received it. This delay is unacceptable and has caused considerable inconvenience. Despite waiting beyond the promised delivery date, I have not received any satisfactory update or resolution. I request you to provide an immediate update on the status of my order and ensure its delivery at the earliest. If my order is not delivered today, I will be compelled to escalate this matter by filing a complaint with the appropriate e-commerce consumer grievance authorities.
