Worst parcel delivery services ever. I haven't receuved my parcel from two days. And then help line numbers are also shown to be invalid and incorrect. Even after raising complaint from the ordered apps my parcel is not delivered yet.

They didn't deliver products worst delivery partners don't make this kind of things they are repeating this with every order they directly cancel the order without the asking to the customer please take an action . I used to prepaid but my order is didn't deliver till now the delivery date is 26 they are not trying to call me also they directly request to reschedule te delivery please take an action

Very very worst customer service. I have ordered Samsung mobile on 17-10-2026. Since 12 to 13 i am getting same message every morning that my parcel will be delivered today but in the evening they message your parcel could not be delivered today due to some operational issues will be delivered tomorrow. I am very much fed up with this service and give 0 rating
