Worst service . I have been waiting for more than a week ,Since it’s marked out for delivery . Still it’s in same status daily they are changing the expected delivery date as tomorrow. VERY IRRITATING AND NO RESPONSE FOR EMAIL ESCALATION AND FLIPKART CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I have already paid for the order , they are not delivering the order nor refund my amount . Totally waste

Ekart Logistics provides an extremely poor delivery service. My order was supposed to be delivered on 24 October 2026, but it was not delivered. After that, the delivery date was changed to 29 October without contacting me or informing me properly. Even on 29 October, my order was not delivered, and the status was updated to indicate that the order would not be delivered, again without contacting me. Is this the kind of arbitrary behaviour your delivery personnel are allowed to follow? Is contacting the customer and delivering the order to the given address entirely at the delivery person's discretion? Customers pay for their orders and have every right to expect timely delivery. Repeatedly changing delivery dates without delivering the order or contacting the customer is highly irresponsible and unprofessional. If your service is this poor, why should customers trust your company? Customers are being unnecessarily troubled because of the negligence of your delivery personnel. The company must take this issue seriously, investigate the matter, and take appropriate action against the responsible delivery personnel. You must also ensure that customers receive their orders on time. I am extremely disappointed with this unacceptable service. If this continues, customers will completely lose their trust in Ekart Logistics. I expect you to take immediate action and resolve this issue without any further delay.

Very Poor and Disappointing Service by Xpressbees! This is one of the worst courier services I have experienced. My shipment was expected to be delivered on 28 October 2026, but even on 29 October, the tracking status still shows “In Transit” from West Bengal to Assam. The delay and lack of a clear delivery update are extremely frustrating. Customers deserve timely delivery and reliable service, not endless waiting. Xpressbees seriously needs to improve its delivery system, customer service, and accountability. Highly disappointing experience. I would not recommend this courier service!
