Despite this setback, I would like to sincerely appreciate the exceptional support and communication I received from your Ballia branch. The team there was proactive, courteous, and instrumental in ensuring that my shipment finally reached me in Faridabad. However, I am deeply disappointed with the service at the Faridabad branch. Their lack of responsiveness and failure to provide timely updates significantly impacted my experience. It is particularly disheartening to see such a stark contrast between service levels in a metropolitan area like Faridabad and a smaller location such as Ballia, which has clearly demonstrated greater efficiency and customer commitment. As a long-standing customer of DTDC, I urge you to evaluate these discrepancies and take corrective measures to uphold your service standards uniformly across all locations.
