Very poor service. I will never choose DTDC again. The delivery agent claimed my address was incomplete and refused home delivery. However, when I collected the parcel, my full address was clearly printed on it. When questioned, I received contradictory explanations. I've never had such a disappointing experience with any other courier service.

My product was not delivered to me delivery guy kept it himself and the customer support of Flipkart is very poor they are unable to give me the solutions and asked me to forget about the parcel.
