Dear Ekart Customer Support Team, I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding a recent delivery handled by your service. My experience has been entirely unacceptable and falls far below the standard of professionalism I expect from a major logistics provider. My shipment FMPP3961416975 which was scheduled for delivery on Saturday, May 02, 2026was handled exceptionally poorly.
