I had ordered an Infinix laptop with an expected delivery date of 16th June. However, when I contacted the delivery agent, he arrogantly informed me that they would not be delivering my product at all, without providing any valid reason. There is no proper tracking information available, and I’m still uncertain whether I will receive my order. This isn't the first time I’ve faced such an issue. My last four orders were also canceled, even though they had reached the nearest hub and were marked as "Out for Delivery". The expected delivery date kept getting pushed to the next day, and eventually, the orders were canceled without any proper explanation. This has been the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I’ve always had a smooth and reliable experience with other courier services, but this repeated failure has left me extremely disappointed. At this point, I am completely frustrated and will neither recommend nor purchase from Flipkart again.
