Service is very bad. I haven’t received my parcel in 10 days. It showing it’s their in the city hub but no clear address is mentioned of the hub online

Intzaar me maut aa jayegi par delhivery se delivery nahi aayegi, delhivery has a simple problem you're not capable to delivered a parcel within 3 or 4 days, so simple two ways you just show on application and inform customer we'll delivered within 15 to 25 days, otherwise you'll reject it. ( Via delhivery this is my 2nd but both time facing same experience worst )
