Wrong otp entered by the delivery person in his mobile number even we informed correct otp, refused to deliver with correct mobile number holder and with correct person with sufficient additional evidences like pan aadhar card. They keep our parcel himself on 14, 15 and 16.08.2025. We called him but no response.

The rescheduled date of 13 Aug was also missed. I have now rescheduled it for 14 Aug 2025.
