not yet delivered for 3 days 14,15, 16th august 2025. The delivery person refused to deliver the article. He wrongly entered the OTP received from our mobile in his mobile. The article is very urgent and it is for examination purpose for a student. Take necessary action to deliver the article. I also request you to enquire this matter that why he refused to deliver the article. take appropriate action against the person and he should be punished for negligence.

Wrong otp entered by the delivery person in his mobile number even we informed correct otp, refused to deliver with correct mobile number holder and with correct person with sufficient additional evidences like pan aadhar card. They keep our parcel himself on 14, 15 and 16.08.2025. We called him but no response.
