Order ID # 1317928 89026108945603I trusted you and ordered 2 products, then I did not like the second product, so I said I need one product, the delivery boy said we cannot give one, so I complained about it to you, then you ordered one product for me, the delivery boy gave it to me with great difficulty, then he got angry at me and said if there is any reason for the product I am giving, please get it back from you or Myntra, then when I opened the product, I got a completely wrong product, about which I complained, after checking from your side the order was approved, now when the order was taken out for pickup, the delivery boy passed it to me I called and went there but the delivery boy said that I had told him that on that day when I was delivering, if there is any reason I will not pick up the order, we will manage everything and instead of rejecting the cancellation of pickup, he gave this reason that the customer did not pick up the phone due to which I am at fault. He then told the company that I will put this every day that the customer picked up the phone and I have all the proofs, the language in which he spoke to me, I have all the proofs, if tomorrow is my flight, I have to go out and I am staying alone, I am very scared that the delivery boy might do something wrong with me. Please change this delivery boy and send it to someone else or send my refund to me. If this is not done then I will further complain about this matter to Myntra CEO, RBI, consumer court and on my YouTube channel. I want my refund within 24 hours am posted outside and I live alone here. Now I am going out for 15 days for office work. You had told me that pickup will be arranged by 24th in any case but every time the delivery boy called me out and insulted me and did not even accept the return which hurt me a lot. I was insulted in the society and after that he put this in the news that the customer is not picking up the phone. He did this many times during pickup and no action is being taken against him from your side. Today I have a flight in the evening from Lucknow to Kerala for 15 days. I am going to say that on the request of Myntra, I have already taken 5 discounts and I have sent all the proofs. If my refund is not sent to me today, then I will complain about this matter to the consumer court, RBI and Myntra CEO through email and in writing. I have been given a lot of trouble.The delivery boy has been coming to me repeatedly for the last three days and insults me and then goes away. Therefore, I am forced to complain about this in the consumer court and am sending a legal notice to the Myntra CEO and my YouTube channel along with my advocate.
