My parcel had arrived but I was not available there. I told the courier partner to give it to someone but the courier partner asked for OTP and I shared it with him but he did not give me my parcel.

One of my parcel was at the Chandil hub for 7 days and there was no attempt to deliver it and no update. It was returned to origin without any update after 7 days. Another parcel is also lying there since 25 January and till now no delivery attempt. What's wrong with ekart?? Please deliver it on time or close your office from Chandil so that people could oder it from other locations.

Worst i never seen like this kind dilevery dealy I had ordered on 28 night and I purchase on upi with express delivery but now it's I could not reach at moment and I not get product also what is response I get ! I do no it my first and last delivery in your side!!

Very poor service. Not delivered and agent said won't deliver after 8:00p.m. but message from Ekart said will deliver till 11:00p.m.. Next day not even an attempt to delivery.

the deleivery person is attending the call more than 4 hours . She forgot to deliver at the location she crossed after that she not attend the call PIN 127 wrong from the Ekart side but they given this PIN . Really fed up with this delivery
