Delivery boy visited my location but I was in work(mine). I have said hand over the product to neighbours. He said okay and asked for OTP. I have said OTP but he not delivered the product.

My parcel had arrived but I was not available there. I told the courier partner to give it to someone but the courier partner asked for OTP and I shared it with him but he did not give me my parcel.
