very very worst experience , they don't deliver at door steps (even to 2nd floor). they will ask to come to the street to collect the parcel. they will speak to the customer as if they are giving the parcel for free. they will update as if they have made attempt to deliver for few days and then cancel the order and resend back as if the customer has refused to accept their delivery

Worst service, they don’t even call you. They will directly cancel whatever you order from any product. They don’t deliver and they’ll cancel directly without informing you.
