Kindly change the contract from mangocity hub, salem, because this center is unprofessional, I didn't received my parcel yet which was estimated to delivery at 22nd January 2026, but now the date is 27th January 2026, Till now there is no update regarding the delay, there is no way possible to contact them, the number which the mentioned in the website is fake which is not working (+91 1800 11 1345), I am a health care professional, I ordered a scrub on 14th January and it is reached to mangocity hub on 20th January itself, which is essentially for my professional Life, but the hub persons don't care about it I need only a thing, why is the delay and when will receive my parcel? Or do I need to collect it in person, directly from the hub? Worst experience ever faced

No proper customer contact number and my parcel is stuck for more than two weeks and still haven't received

Delivery boy ki galti Hai usne hotel reply nahin aapke center se aur mujhe cancellation ka code bhej kar jabardasti code liya bola nahin cancel nahin hoga mujhe bhi dikh raha tha isliye cancel hoga order lekin isane jabardasti mangi hai

Couple of days back I order sandals in flipkart and my order Id is OD436513065149426100 The delivery agent called me by 23.1.2026 in the morning 10am asked me wait at the delivery address I waited for him till 1pm I tried calling him he didn't attend the calls later I got a msg that my order was reschuleded I never reschulede my order it was the delivery agent who reschuleded it.yesterday I got a call form him by 9 pm night .later I told him I am far from the delivery address. And the delivery agent said to come at some random location at the nit and he promised me that he will deliver tha package .I waited for him at the said location for more tha 30mins in nit I tried calling him he just ignored my calls intentionally and said that if you keep on calling again i will never deliver the package and if you are bold enough to rise a complain against me you can do it .Still now my package is not delivered. Still he is not picking up calls ..the delivery agent very very rude ..the delivery agent number is. 040 4944 6777
