E-card provides one of the most disgusting services I have ever encountered. They open products, stick a sticker on them, and inspect the contents. After calling for a product, they often fail to answer calls or call back if the line is busy. This results in the need to reschedule calls.

I ordered book 1 month back it was not delivered and they only returened the book back to seller and again replacement shipment was happened on may 14th and delivery date was may 19 it was changed to 21 today is May 21 up to now the product is not out for delivery worst delivery experience.

Worst experience ever. FMPP3989592105 track this order. It is still not delivered. 12 days and still not delivered or no updates. Were you sleeping from 13th May. First you have given the delivery date of 16th May then its not delivered then you have given maximum delivery date of 20th May. Still the order is lying in the motherhub ahmedabad. Are you playing games with my order? Just providing the information recieved today at ahmedabad motherhub. You think I am fool. If yes then you are shameless logisctics that dont have guts to deliver on time. Fake logistics.
