I'm writing to express extreme disappointment with the service provided by Trackon for shipment 100106468711. Despite being received at the Uppal hub on April 18, 2025, it hasn't moved an inch as of April 20, 2025. The lack of updates and slow movement is unacceptable. Given today's technology, I expect real-time tracking and timely delivery. The delay is frustrating, and I'm concerned about how long it will take to reach the customer. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend Trackon's services to anyone due to this poor experience. Sincerely, Mazhar 9704621437

This is the most useless delivery service I’ve ever dealt with. My parcel was late, tracking didn’t work, and no one at customer service had a clue. Totally rubbish
