parcel not send in customer not return to my office. I have contact in delivery boy he was not responding my call. after two days he picked call but not respond in parcel. i have send in email in xpress bee not replay

Very very 3rd class useless irresponsible logistics company 10days back from Delhi to hyderabad courier was despatched his place but not yet delivered to me in hyderabad and there is no contact number mentioned in his courier slip very 3rd grade are we can use more cheap words against this logistics company

I have already recieved messages that my product is out for delivery for 4-5 times but everytime it get cancelled this is happening from last 10 days
