worst service provider. no response. I am waiting for my parcel from last 7 days. every day it shows Out for delivery but at the end of the day the failed to deliver and marked undelivered.

Didn't place any order, still delivered the parcel and went away. And in that parcel there was a small piece of cloth worth Rs 300.so I want to return this in any way and get my rupees back

Totally bad service I returned a parcel but the delivery book was taken but still no update or any answer the delivery boy said he will refund me but still no refund.
