Very very disappointing. My order has not been delivered yet and the status shows customer unreachable while no attempt was made to contact me. This is very disappointing as my order is now delayed by 5 days.

Concern Regarding Delayed Delivery and Service Experience at Faridabad Branch Dear DTDC Team, I am writing to express my concern regarding the delayed delivery of my product, which remained undelivered for almost 15 days. Despite this setback, I would like to sincerely appreciate the exceptional support and communication I received from your Ballia branch. The team there was proactive, courteous, and instrumental in ensuring that my shipment finally reached me in Faridabad. However, I am deeply disappointed with the service at the Faridabad branch. Their lack of responsiveness and failure to provide timely updates significantly impacted my experience. It is particularly disheartening to see such a stark contrast between service levels in a metropolitan area like Faridabad and a smaller location such as Ballia, which has clearly demonstrated greater efficiency and customer commitment. As a long-standing customer of DTDC, I urge you to evaluate these discrepancies and take corrective measures to uphold your service standards uniformly across all locations.
