My parcel has arrived from Kolkata to jodhpur on 16th November and today its 18th November. I went to jodhpur so that i could receive the parcel on my own if DTDC cannot deliver 15km in 48hours. But they also thanks to the fabulous service of DTDC , the fellow didn’t have received my call even after trying several times from past 48 hours. The contact number of that person is 9588048713. I paid 1500 and choose air service as it was very urgent but its day 4 and I really dont know when i will be getting my parcel. This is the third complaint that i am writing and the customer swervice team of DTDC seems same as the delivery team. No answers? Even i got a message yesterday morning that my product will be delivered today but i got no calls and no one even came for delivery while tracking the parcel DTDC is saying ‘ reciever refused delivery’ . I dont know how the hell you people came to know that i dont Want to receive my product anymore. Maybe you people have superpowers and can read people’s mind or any alien technology 😂. Very nice service DTDC . Hopefully not using your service anymore and will make sure no one else uses in my circle . #boycottDTDC take as much time you people want, till then i will be writing my reviews and posting it on other social media platforms as well so that other people gets also aware of the wonderful service you people provide.
