Item not delivered. But massage received as attempted but could not get it. Totally false information given by delivery boy. This is done repeatedly for same consignment.

This is repeatedly misdid by delivery boy. Without any attempt or contacting. Indicating failed attempt. Received the otp but no one came for delivery. After connecting on tracking. If there was an option of zero rating, I would have opt for that. Very bad service and even without calling they mention failed delivery and abuse us very cheaply.

My ordered items are not delivered from last 2 days, not even any executive called me for the delivery, everyday, this got cancelled automatically, and i have to reschedule this again and again.
