My parcel was not delivered to given address. Instead, the delivery guy insisted that I come down to collect, which was not possible since the parcel was heavy and the distance was quite far. There is proper access for a car to deliver the parcel directly to our door. I pointed out that other delivery agents have delivered to our address without any issue, but he refused to do so. In frustration, I told him that I would file a complaint at the office, to which he responded indifferently and even said he would return the package without my consent. As a result, I went to the post office to file a complaint. However, the same delivery person confronted me again, raising his voice and arguing in front of others, which made me feel very uncomfortable. To my disappointment, most of the other staff supported him instead of addressing my concern. Eventually, I had no choice but to hire a coolie to carry the parcel myself. This entire incident was very distressing and reflects highly unprofessional behavior.
