Never delivers on time ..Specially in jammu region.Most of the times We have to go to office to pick our courier

Parcel of about 9 kg sent to Dehradun on 10/12/22. It is 13/12/22 evening. It has not been delivered yet. It is lying at Dehradun since yesterday. I paid about Rs1100 for this service. It is emergent. Phones at Ludhiana and Dehradun offices, including those given by helpline staff are non functional or switched off. My worst experience with trackon

I have book parcel by Air, charged Rs 1200/on 10/12/2000 but today 12/12/20022 still it showing transit between Mumbai to Nagpur . The person who taken payment online from is cheated.
