I had a courier from Kolkata to jodhpur. I decided to choose dtdc air service as it was fast and i needed the parcel urgently. Even after the courier has reached jodhpur at 9 am still they failed to deliver at banar which was the address provided at the time of ccourier, only 15 km away from jodhpur. I didn’t even got a call from dtdc so i somehow arranged a get the contact nnumber of jodhpur from Kolkata dtdc office. I called the person and the person replied to me that he will call me after 10 mins without even providing any detials of my pakage and hang up the call. I called him back at around 6:30pm after 15-20 minutes and he repiled to me the same. When i called him back around 7 pm he didn’t picked up. And he is picking up any calls since then. The mobile no of that person is 9588048713. I dont know his name or designation. I just didn’t get the parcel as promised from DTDC, so i want a answer why this happened and how long will it take to deliver the parcel and what is the refund amount for this kind of delay. What is the use of choosing air service instead of land and paying extra money for no use?
