Still the product is undelivered to me. According to the last update from Kolkata dtdc office from where this parcel is sent, it cannot be delivered to the address mentioned i will have to go and pick it up. I don’t understand if the service is not available in my address then why you people don’t tell us before taking the parcel that we could not deliver to this location. First you take the parcel, receive the payment send it to 3000 km away approx and then come to know you cannot deliver it 15 km away to a address which is already mentioned before giving the parcel to you people. Even though I agreed to go and recieve the parcel from jodhpur which is 15 km away from banar(mentioned address in parcel) previous day, no-one picks up my call. Even today i am writing this sitting in jodhpur wasting my second day because the number(9588048713) which i got for jodhpur dtdc is not picking up my call today also and the person who gave the number from Kolkata office (7439409011) is also not receiving my call. I dont know whom to contact now. The parcel has arrived at jodhpur bt i dont know where it is. Two days wasted how many more you people will waste ? After wasting this day i wont come again to jodhpur you will have to come and give it to banar or else give my full refund back and return it back to Kolkata as soon as possible or else i will be bound to file a case against you people. I dont need the parcel now. Thank you for your lightening fast delivery. Hopefully i will share this on every other social media platform so that other people won’t face this problems and choose other delivery partners rather than DTDC couriers.

I had a courier from Kolkata to jodhpur. I decided to choose dtdc air service as it was fast and i needed the parcel urgently. Even after the courier has reached jodhpur at 9 am still they failed to deliver at banar which was the address provided at the time of ccourier, only 15 km away from jodhpur. I didn’t even got a call from dtdc so i somehow arranged a get the contact nnumber of jodhpur from Kolkata dtdc office. I called the person and the person replied to me that he will call me after 10 mins without even providing any detials of my pakage and hang up the call. I called him back at around 6:30pm after 15-20 minutes and he repiled to me the same. When i called him back around 7 pm he didn’t picked up. And he is picking up any calls since then. The mobile no of that person is 9588048713. I dont know his name or designation. I just didn’t get the parcel as promised from DTDC, so i want a answer why this happened and how long will it take to deliver the parcel and what is the refund amount for this kind of delay. What is the use of choosing air service instead of land and paying extra money for no use?
