Without visting to my pickup location ludhiana team send message from last 3-4 months on my whatsapp on every return pickup that you are not available at pickup location, WHY ??

My AWB No. is 10575855391 , i was trying to contact to mentioned no for more than 20 times, but is showing wrong no / invalid no. and i got a call from same no in the evening, just a 2 second missed call, as soon as i pickup the call, he disconnect the call, and again no. was not reachable/invalid. pathetic service.
