The delivery agent insisted on OTP verification and was informed to place the package in the dropbox, as the recipient was momentarily unavailable. The OTP was shared under that condition, but the package was never found in the dropbox. Attempts to reach the delivery agent failed, and the package is now wrongly marked as “Delivered.” Customer service has declined to assist due to OTP sharing, but I believe this is a violation of delivery protocol, and I request the following: Full investigation of the delivery (location, timestamp, drop-off proof/photo, agent details). Either a replacement or refund of the lost order. The OTP system must not override the fact that the item was never received. Kindly help resolve this urgently.
