Delivery very delayed

Very bad experience I'm having my product has not delivered yet. There team is rescheduling the product date on own neither asking me for reschedule. Highly disappointed with the management. Even delivery person not receive call. The status show the product is for out for delivery and later at last moment it changes to reschedule. They just give missed call and mentioned user is not available even though on whatsApp already from side have give confirmation about my availability. Still they don't try to reach.

Too worst service. Agent number not reached. we have 4 orders, but no 1 is delivered yet. This order remained in a rescheduled status for 3 days
