The delivery person do not deliver parcel to exact address, they forced to come their near place almost 10 km from my village or home , such a bad experience I get , please change the person or authority

I haven't received my parcel. It is very very urgent for me. Bad behaviour of staff, customer satisfaction is not their first priority, very poor management.

Unnecessary delay in delivery. No one can respond, and the delivery person tells lies stating that the customer is unavailable and making the status undeliverable. I do not get my parcel yet.
