They never came for the delivery. Every day, they call with a new excuse, promising to deliver the next day. But the same thing keeps repeating. Now, they've marked the delivery as rejected by me, even though I never received it.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the delay in receiving my parcel. When I placed my order, it was promised to be delivered within 4 -5 Days However, it has now been seven days, and Still i have not Received my Package. This delay has caused me significant inconvenience, as I was relying on the timely delivery of this item. Moreover, there has been no proper update or communication regarding the delay, which adds to my frustration.
