My cheque book returned back 2 times by saying the reason consignee is not available. Only once i received the call from blue dart asking for my location after that they have simply returned it. Second time they did not even call me and returned it. It's half a month I am waiting for my cheque book and I am in very need of it. How can the delivery people ignore the customers and simply return such important document without even trying to deliver Third time i have requested for the chequebook and i am not sure whether i will receive it or not since the delivery partner is blue dart.
