very very poor service. There is no proper connection to customer care. for bringing parts from sriperumpudur to chengalpattu. for a 30 km stretch, it has taken 5 days. absolutely unbeliveable.

Parcel not delivered, and returnted back. Phone call not attended by delivery person, called 20 t0 25 times. This corrier sevice of Delhivery should not take the responsibility of delivery of items. If taken it must be completed by tasking it to sincere workers and not lazy bugglers.
