Very Poor Service – Extremely Disappointed This is the first time we have faced such a bad experience with your courier service. Previously, we have sent many couriers without any issues, but this time the delivery person refused to deliver the package to the given address. He clearly stated that he was not willing to come to the actual delivery location and asked us to collect the product from his location instead. This is completely unacceptable. He even said he would deliver the parcel 2 km away from the actual address. Moreover, his behavior was very rude and unprofessional. We do not understand the reason for such conduct, but this kind of service is not expected from a reputed courier company. Kindly ensure that responsible and professional delivery personnel are assigned for this job. We expect better service in the future.
