Why post a 1-800 number which doesn't work? Sitting at home awaiting a pick-up for a return package, but with no input from this so-called courier service. Where are they? Rows of one star reviews do not inspire any confidence.

Saraiya muzaffarpur bihar branch need yo closed they are not delivering parcel yo door step

Item not delivered to given address and added self collect without my consent. When i reached saraiya office they did not give parcel and told they will deliver tomorrow. But today they returned it to supplier.

No attempts were made to deliver the package but stated in the tracking that they were unable to be deliver the product. No calls were made. Very unprofessional
