I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with your delivery service. I had a very bad experience due to an unacceptable delay in delivery. This has caused significant inconvenience, and I am deeply disappointed with the lack of reliability and professionalism. Due to this experience, I will not be using your service again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work to improve your service

High value parcel not delivered for 2 months. In the same city since 15 days, still no attempt to deliver. No reply to useless help ticket. Customer service person said wait for 24 hrs we will resolve, yet nothing. VERY FRUSTRATING
