Item not delivered to given address and added self collect without my consent. When i reached saraiya office they did not give parcel and told they will deliver tomorrow. But today they returned it to supplier.

No attempts were made to deliver the package but stated in the tracking that they were unable to be deliver the product. No calls were made. Very unprofessional

The driver was rude and threaten me this is the worst experience with this person himanshu Agarwal such drivers need to be fired immediately poor service no manners to speak with a women I was so polite to him and he was disgusted
