The status is not at all user friendly. What do you mean by Pickup scheduled??? I am expecting a delivery not a pickup! Also, location is as HUB office! What the hell is office? Where is that office ? On Mars or on Jupiter? Can't you simply mention the location?

Very disgusting service hai DTDC ki....Ek number ke chutiye log bhare hua hai.....Aap log zindagi me kadhi dtdc ki courier service use mat karo.... Inke chukkar meri zindagi ki L lag gaye...
