The agent didn't reach at home to deliver product. When he only need the otp to deliver the product it will be there. I am doing night shift can't be wake until the person come and call. As they came to deliver at their convience not the customer.

They never came for the delivery. Every day, they call with a new excuse, promising to deliver the next day. But the same thing keeps repeating. Now, they've marked the delivery as rejected by me, even though I never received it.
