K61330007 - this is my consignment no. Still the courier is not delivered and showing area non serviceable. Previously also we have couriered but this thing not happened. Escalation have been done 7 to 9 times to customer care dtdc but no actions taken. Consignment consist of heart medicine which is very important for the receiver. I want to take strict actions against the company delivery agents and also to senior management for delayed process.
