Very bad experience regarding product delivery

My product is reached at ekart hub and I didn't receive product it's over 7 days , whenever I tried to calling the mobile numbe mentioned officially is out of network every time

My item reach the final destination on 14 August and show out for delivery on 14 and 16 August then delivery fail and reschedule the delivery date to 18 August without contacting me but not deliver till now (18 August)

Maine sitarganj parcel bheja tha galti se ek no. Wrong ho gaya,but ekart ka delivery boy baar baar ushi wrong no. Par call kar raha h wo dusre no. Par call nhi laga raha,parcel abhi tak nhi pahucha h na hi wo log kuch response de rahe h very bad.
