I'm sending my parcel from sakinaka, mumbai to Noida on Friday by air but till date the status will be same.dont get any response from professional courier side.very very bad service provided by professional courier.

Tell your delivery person to call the person intended to get the consignment. What is this "delivery not attempted" & keeping quiet thereafter? When will we get our package?
