I received a call saying that they will deliver the parcel today. I was at that location but the parcel did not arrive. When we called, they did not pick up. If they were not going to deliver the parcel today, why waste our time by calling? If you call customer care, it is not worth it.

Worst experience ever delivery boy can’t even deliver the package on time why would ekrt hired this type of delivery guy who has not doing his work or they can’t even call u to coordinate or they cancel your order without ur concern or without any attempt they do not delivered product on time
