My ORDER IS PENDING since 6 February but Ecom express mathura partner don't deliver it to me he sent me mobile no. And four digits code and in evening the send me a message i am not reachable or switch off my phone my AWB no. Is 628327487

Unnecessary delay in delivery. No one can respond, and the delivery person tells lies stating that the customer is unavailable and making the status undeliverable. I do not get my parcel yet.

it's been 5 days since I handed over my package & it's not yet delivered. On the top of that there is no clue as to where the package is !!!
