The rude Delivery boy, the item not handed over after giving delivery otp and said to my Mrs the order has been cancelled. The items is now with delivery boy

Delivery agent is so cleaver. He opened my parcel for open box delivery and after every thing done. He didn't gave me a courier packet. He just gave me my order without courier packet. Now I need to return my product. But I don't have that packet. I need my courier provider or delivery boy contact number. Please help me out.
