In tracking it is showing that delivered successfully but when clicked it is showing that delivered to DTDC centre 5 kms from the destination. It created panic in customer as my parcel has important documents.

Delivery agents are truly useless fellows they are enabled the feature in there mobile the feature is " Unknown calls not allowed" so when customer is calling him the call will automatically cut
